Farhan Muhammad, President and Chief Architect
In addition to being the president and founder of ILM Professional Services, Farhan is the chief technologist at Fusion Room and leads and mentors the development team. He is widely recognized in the development community as an expert in interactive development. He has led the .NET user group for over 7 years, which is now serving over 2500 members. He is a published author on web technologies, speaks internationally on interactive development, and founded and runs the annual Minnesota Developers Conference (MDC). And...he loves to code. Luna Ahmed, Managing Partner
Luna co-founded ILM with Farhan with the same vision of providing leading-edge, quality-focused, IT consulting services. Luna is responsible for all operations of Fusion Room and ILM. She has 14 years of experience in management and project management and oversees project management functions of Fusion Room. She holds a Masters degree in Technology Management from the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota. Luna is also a huge fan of music and in fact, used to be a professional singer in her home country of Bangladesh.

Carrie Nelson, VP Strategic Alliances
Carrie has a 12-year agency background working for creative shops including Little & Company, space150, Go East and Yamamoto Moss. Her expertise lies in business development and helping clients achieve their objectives through insight and ideas that advance the cause. At Fusion Room, Carrie is responsible for developing relationships with agency partners and leading the account management team. Sally Stewart, Human Capital and Talent Manager
Sally is a seasoned recruiter and HR manager, overseeing Fusion Room's talent acquisition team. She is responsible for ensuring that Fusion Room's team members are the best-of-the-best, the premier in the Twin Cities. Her network of high-level talent is key to Fusion Room's success. She manages all aspects of HR and recruiting for both Fusion Room and ILM. In her spare time, Sally volunteers at the Job Transition Support Group here in Minneapolis. And, little known fact, Sally was actually a piano performance major before getting her Masters degree at Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.

Craig Wagner, Talent Scout
Craig brings 10 years of IT and business experience as a consultant, resume expert and technical recruiter. At Fusion Room, he searches for and recruits the best-of-the-best developers in the Cities. He has an eye for scouting some of the most incredible technical talent around. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a degree in journalism and mass communication. Craig has also worked as an independent consultant in corporate and non-profit marketing and communications. Aside from Fusion Room, Craig has been a University of Wisconsin football season ticket holder for 20 years and is an avid athlete.
